Shipping Time

  • With the safety of our employees & customers top of mind, our facilities are running without any interruptions
  • You can expect your T-Shirt to reach you within 3-10 business days via USPS
  • Order 2 or more for only an extra $2 for shipping and handling

Exchange Policy 

  • If there is any defect with the print of any item purchased, you may share clear images of the defective item to our support email mentioned below . Upon verification, a new item will be reprinted and shipped at no extra cost
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the incorrect orders (e.g. incorrect size/color selected, wrong address given or incomplete mailing address)
  • Refund will not be processed for the orders that have been verified as delivered by the tracking carrier. In such cases, you are suggested to contact the nearest local post office of the given mailing address

Your order will be delivered in about 3-10 business days. It will start tracking within 24 hours of you receive your tracking number, but please understand we are experiencing logistical delays so if your order is sitting at a certain facility for an extended period of time, that is nothing to worry about.

If you're not willing to wait for this amount of time, we completely understand and want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Please email us at support@luckbell.com and request to cancel your order immediately. If your request comes more than 2 hours later after your order was placed, we will be unable to cancel your order as we ship orders on a daily basis.

By not canceling your order within 2 hours of placing it, you are agreeing to wait at least 4-12 weeks to receive it. And if you happen to open a dispute with PayPal or a chargeback with your bank during that time frame, we will use this as proof of your agreement, which will make your dispute/chargeback void.

We are advised to put the preceding notice by our legal team and don't want you to think we don't care about our customers. On the contrary, customer service is our # 1 priority.
